Lines for the ticket booth and attractions are shortest on Thursdays and Sundays. Although there is a surcharge tickets purchased online will save you time. Please plan accordingly.

If you're like me, you don't like long lines! Now you can reserve your spot by the front door by purchasing a Fast Pass.
Each visitor must have their own Fast Pass, but one Fast Pass upgrades your ticket! The Fast Pass is only valid for the night it is purchased.

You are coming to an outdoor park, so don't wear your best, brand new clothes or shoes! Tennis shoes (not high heels) are recommended.

Parents need to be the judge of their own kids and how they handle scary things. A ten year old may have a blast, but a 40 year old may end up crying. Scare level is based on the individual.

No unfortunately due to the large attendance, tickets are only valid the same night. Tickets purchased online will be exchanged onsite for a nightly ticket. Once you have exchange for the nightly ticket we can not extend it. Scarizona and its team works hard to ensure everyone gets through all attractions that you have purchased!

Yes, Uniformed Police Officers, Security Staff and plain clothed Security Personnel. Additionally, the attractions are monitored by a Video surveillance system. The event has a ZERO Tolerance policy for trouble makers or unruly guests. These people will be ejected from the premises without a refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun experience.
