No unfortunately due to the large attendance, tickets are only valid the same night. Tickets purchased online will be exchanged onsite for a nightly ticket. Yes, Uniformed Police Officers, Security Staff and plain clothed Security Personnel. Additionally, the attractions are monitored by a Video surveillance system. The event has a ZERO Tolerance policy for trouble makers or unruly guests. These people will be ejected from the premises without a refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun experience.

Yes, in the Beer and Wine Cemetery! NO Alcohol from off site is permitted to be brought on site. All alcoholic beverages must remain in the Beer and Wine Cemetery. This is a 21 and over area. Any violators of this policy will be ejected from the premises without a refund.

Sorry, but no refunds. You have purchased a ticket to be scared. So, if you or your child is so scared that you can't continue through the haunts, then we have done our job. There would be no reason for a refund.
